• Lead Coordinator up to 10 hours
• Wedding Assistant up to 6 hours
• Create wedding day timeline to be distributed to all bridal party, family, and vendors
• Contact all vendors one week before to reconfirm details
• Collection of wedding accessories
• Ensure timeline is followed during the ceremony and reception
• Placement of wedding accessories for the ceremony and reception
• Supervise and/or orchestrate rehearsal
• Distribute flowers to bridal party and family members
• Organize family and bridal party for the ceremony
• Direct the ceremony processional
• Distribute final payments and/or gratuity to vendors
• Assemble items for family to take home (cake top, bouquet for preservation, guest book, toasting flutes, gifts, cake knife, etc)
