Our Extra services are perfect for couples
who want to lighten the workload. These extras can be added to either the Wedding Day Management or Production package or be a la carte.
- Additional face to face planning meeting*
- Set up and attend vendor meeting*
- Additional time for Lead Coordinator*
- Additional time for Wedding Assistant - $20 per hour
- Personalized wedding budget and checklist*
- Assistance with planning the rehearsal dinner - $150, 3 hour min.*
- Assistance with honeymoon plans - $100, 2 hour min*.
- Coordinate transportation for bridal party, out of town guests, and/or family*
- Order and coordinate delivery of rental items*
- Provide invitation assistance:
addressing, stuffing, stamping, sealing
- $.50 per invitation, stamps are additional charge
- Follow up with guests who have
not sent back their RSVP
- $.50 per household, long distance charges are additional
- Personal errands (shop for wedding accessories, pick up invitations, menu cards, place cards, deliver out of town guest bags, etc.) - $25 per location
- Assemble favors and/or out
of town guest’s bags
- $.50 each
- Create special napkin folds - $.30 per napkin
- Next day returns (tuxedos, rental items, etc) - $25 per location
*Hourly rate of $50 applies with a one hour minimum
