Our Extra services are perfect for couples who want to lighten the workload. These extras can be added to either the Wedding Day Management or Production package or be a la carte.

• Additional face to face planning meeting*
• Set up and attend vendor meeting*
• Additional time for Lead Coordinator*
• Additional time for Wedding Assistant
• Personalized wedding budget and checklist*
• Assistance with planning the rehearsal dinner
• Assistance with honeymoon plans
• Coordinate transportation for bridal party, out of town guests, and/or family*
• Order and coordinate delivery of rental items*
• Provide invitation assistance: addressing, stuffing, stamping, sealing -
• Follow up with guests who have not sent back their RSVP
• Personal errands (shop for wedding accessories, pick up invitations, menu cards, place cards, deliver out of town guest bags, etc.)
• Assemble favors and/or out of town guest’s bags
• Create special napkin folds
• Next day returns (tuxedos, rental items, etc)

*Hourly rate of $75 applies with a one hour minimum
